Katherine Kitzenberg, a physician assistant at Mayo Clinic Arizona, raised money for the Alzheimer’s Association during her 26.2-mile run. Her work with patients and her family’s experiences have made the cause deeply personal. Kitzenberg says she remains hopeful as researchers work toward better treatments and a cure. She’ll join others at the Phoenix Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday, Nov. 7, at Wesley Bolin Plaza. Arizona’s Family is a proud sponsor of the event.
