Former NFL kicker and broadcaster Jay Feely, the Republican nominee, has President Donald Trump’s endorsement and says his campaign will focus on the economy. Democrat Amish Shah, an emergency room doctor and former state lawmaker, won his primary despite outside spending against him. Shah is centering his campaign on the economy and health care, including Medicaid access. The district includes Scottsdale, Fountain Hills and parts of north Phoenix. The race could help determine which party controls the U.S. House.
