A 13- and 11-year-old are in trouble with the law after the teen girl rolled the car while drunk driving in Flagstaff early Tuesday morning. Police said she was driving the wrong way in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 before correcting and then driving 100mph. She crashed into a guardrail, causing the car to roll several times and hit a tree, police said.
