PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -- Wednesday morning, Gov. Katie Hobbs delivered remarks on her accomplishments during her first 100 days in office and goals for the remainder of her term.

During the press conference, Gov. Hobbs highlighted several issues including broadband expansion, the largest-ever International State of the State and her three trips to the border. She also discussed the establishment of the Arizona Governor’s Office of Resiliency, dedicated to addressing the water crisis.

Regarding the state Legislature, Gov. Hobbs pointed out that she vetoed two bills she says would have restricted reproductive rights, and signed a bill expanding financial relief to displaced mobile home residents.

“A look at the first 100 days shows that we hit the ground running,” said Hobbs in a news release. “I’m excited to highlight our accomplishments and share with Arizonans that this is just the beginning.”

Hobbs was joined by Lt. Gov. Monica Antone of the Gila River Indian Community. Joan Serviss, the Arizona Department of Housing Director, and Mesa Mayor John Giles were also featured guests.
