After a cloudy morning, skies are starting to clear out. We hit highs today above average. We should be around 66 degrees; today we were in the lower 70s.

A low pressure system that brought us the clouds this morning and will stick around through the middle of the week. It will also cool things down a bit -- highs tomorrow and Thursday are back in the upper 60s.

Don't look for any rain though in Phoenix, though. The system moving through the area will be a dry one.

We will start to see more sunshine Wednesday and Thursday, with a few high clouds returning Friday through the weekend.
