Peoria couple who makes food for those in need wins Pay It Forward

Retired U.S. Army SSgt. Brent Bretz is moving into a home that will allow him to live his life without needing extra assistance, thanks to the Helping a Hero program.

Kathy Bohling, who works every Saturday to help feed the homeless, just won the Pay It Forward award.

The Amor Collective is tucked away in Peoria’s Park West and has over 20 Valley artisans.

Mesa Officer Shawn Patterson will be walking and running 425 miles from Dana Point, California, to Salinas, California, to honor fallen heroes.
