INGREDIENTS:

Two 7-ounce jars of marinated artichokes 1 cup mayo 1 cup parmesan cheese Breadcrumbs Crackers or bread for dipping

DIRECTIONS:

1) Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

2) Drain oil from marinated artichokes cans, quarter.

3) Mix artichokes along with mayo and parmesan cheese in a bowl.

4) Place mixture in an 8x8 baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.

5) Bake for 30 minutes.

6) Broil for a few minutes.

7) Enjoy with your favorite cracker or bread!
