Chef Sasha Raj of 24 Carrots Natural Cafe shares a recipe for a holiday favorite peppermint fudge.
• 1 1/2 cups almond butter
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 6 tablespoons of coconut oil
• 6 tablespoons of maple syrup
Mix together and pour into pan lined with plastic wrap.
Freeze for 1 hour- cut & enjoy.
