Chef Sasha Raj of 24 Carrots Natural Cafe shares an easy recipe for potato burgers.
• 2 cups mashed potato
• 1 can pinto beans, drained & mashed
• 2 tablespoons of oregano
• 2 tablespoons of mild chili powder
• 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
• 1 cup flour
• Salt & pepper to taste
Mash all of the above together and form into burgers, crisp on pan.
Top with lettuce tomato & onion, with bacon bits & herbed sour cream, potato chips and green onion.
