Chef Sasha Raj of 24 Carrots Natural Cafe shares a recipe for gnocchi to enjoy with your favorite sauce.


• 2 cups mashed potatoes

• 1 1/2 cups flour

• Pinch salt


Mix the above together with a touch of olive oil if needed.

Roll out into long ropes of dough, cut off every inch and freeze or boil fresh.

Boil till the gnocchi floats and then it is done, toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy.
