Owner and Chef Lori Hashimoto from Hana Japanese Eatery shares a recipe for a wonderful side dish.
• 2 English hot house cucumbers (sliced thin)
• 1 package of imitation crab stick (bite size cut)
• 2 teaspoons of kewpie mayonnaise
• Pinch of salt and pepper
Place cucumbers, crab and pinch of salt in a large bowl and mix together.
Add mayonnaise into the mixing bowl and mix until cucumber and crab are coated.
Place in the refrigerator and serve cold!
