INGREDIENTS

• 6 pieces of baby beets

• 1.5 ounces of Champagne dressing

• 1 cup of strawberries

• 1 cup of Arugula

• Pinch of pickled onion

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix items together in a large bowl. Drizzle dressing on top. Bon Appétit!
