Owner and Chef Danielle Leoni from The Breadruit & Rum Bar shares a quick recipe for a citrus salad.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 grapefruits

• 2 oranges

• 2 lemons

• 2 limes

• Carrot

• 3 to 4 leaves of basil, torn

• 2 teaspoons of thyme, picked

• 10 to 12 leaves of mint, torn

• 1 tablespoon of orange flower water

• 1/2 teaspoon of coriander, ground

• Pinch of cayenne

• 1/2 teaspoon of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel citrus.

Cut out segments.

Set in a bowl.

Add herbs and all other seasonings.

Toss to coat.

Serve at room temperature or chilled.
