Pork Belly Top Ramen

Ingredients:

Trader Joe’s precooked pork belly

Top ramen

Soy sauce (to taste)

Sesame Oil (to taste)

Instructions:

- sauté and shred pork belly

- follow ramen cooking directions

- add two tablespoons of soy sauce to pork

- plate noodles and add pork on top

- can garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro, scallions if desired

- Also can drizzle sesame oil and Sriracha sauce for more heat in top
