The Phoenician in Scottsdale is holding a hiring event today from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. in their Camelback Ballroom. The resort is looking to fill full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions. There are openings in various departments, including, landscaping, food & beverage, culinary, housekeeping, spa, recreation, security, and front desk.

Express Pros has partnered with several Valley employers to help them find job candidates. Express Pros has eight locations with a minimum of 100 jobs per location to fill. Job applicants will only have to fill out one application and can be matched to hundreds of available jobs. Fry's Food Stores
The grocery store chain is hiring more than 800 positions. The supermarket is seeking full-time and part-time employees for a variety of positions statewide. Several of the positions include:
- Assistant department heads
- Clerks for deli, in-store Starbucks, Pickup, online ordering service
- Courtesy clerks
- Pharmacy Technicians
- Department management positions
- Cheese mongers for Murray's Cheese Shops
- Night stockers
Fry's asks anyone interested in applying to visit Jobs.FrysFood.com and click "apply for store jobs" online. A Fry's spokesperson said it should take about 20-30 minutes to complete the application process, and that the rate of pay depends on retail work experience.
Three locations are hiring, two in Tempe and one in north Phoenix. The company is looking to hire 60 to 80 people each week, with the possibility for applicants to get an immediate interview, and successful candidates receiving an immediate job offer. A spokesperson for Consumer Cellular says the company wants to get Arizonans back to work, and help people take advantage of the new-hire incentives Gov. Doug Ducey is offering for those returning to work.
“In Arizona, we’re going to use federal money to encourage people to work … instead of paying people not to work,” Gov. Ducey said.
This Saturday (5/22) Consumer Cellular will be holding an on-site job fair from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at their north Phoenix location, located at 17500 North Black Canyon Highway, Phoenix, AZ, 85053.
