In her book, "Fair Play," Eve Rodsky tackles why the time-consuming work at home is often shouldered by overwhelmingly by one partner. Rodsky's research involved interviewing 500 people, and her book takes all that perspective to create a formula to help couples avoid the building resentment that can take down a relationship.

Rodsky spoke to Olivia Fierro about her book, a Reese Witherspoon Book Club pick for October 2019, and how an incident in her own life sparked this journey.

Olivia Fierro anchors 3TV's Good Morning Arizona weekdays alongside  Scott Pasmore.
