PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5)--Would you fly to a different city to watch the Arizona Cardinals play? What about halfway around the world?
A group of die-hard Arizona Cardinals fans from Australia took a 16 hour flight to watch the team play.
They call themselves the "Birdgang DownUnder" and they made a special trip to the Valley so they could see the Cardinals take on the Oakland Raiders Sunday at State Farm Stadium in Glendale.

"Money is money, you only live once, these kind of experiences last forever especially when you do it with your mates," Australian fan Bren Goffin said.
Goffin also made a trip to Arizona last year to watch the team.
"I saw Jerry Maguire and followed it since then and I've been following Arizona for 15 or 16 years," he said.
Goffin and the other Australian fans usually wake up at 4 a.m. Australian time to watch the games each week. Since Australia is 18 hours ahead, the games are typically on Monday mornings.
The Birdgang DownUnder will also head to California next week to watch the Cards take on the Los Angeles Chargers.
If you can't make it to Glendale, you can watch the game this Sunday at 2:05 p.m. on CBS 5!
