(3TV/CBS 5) − Have you ever been doing a home project or something where you just needed two extra hands?

Well, there’s an app for that! And it was created right here in the Valley.

Zinkn is a handyman app of sorts, but much more.

Users can request someone to help them move, clean the house, watch a child or get a ride to the doctor.

All of the people share providers as they are called to go through background checks.

Michale Volger came up with the app and says baby boomers especially seem to find it handy.

ZINCK

Michale Volger came up with the app and says baby boomers especially seem to find it handy.

He added it is perfect for everyday things you need to get done.

“We’re there to do anything a family member can do for you,” Volger said. “We’re not there to do the technical things like plumbing and electric, were more of that person to help the busy family or elderly person.”

Zinkn serves the Phoenix areas, but the idea is to open up service in California sometime next year.
