Phoenix police released video from an officer-involved shooting on February 6 near 43rd Avenue and Cactus Road.

Police say they gave multiple commands for the suspect to get on the ground but he did not cooperate.

When police arrived, they saw the suspect drive over the sidewalk into the front yard towards the people standing in front of the house. 

The officer wasn't hurt.

Police say the man refused to stop and led officers on a foot chase through a parking lot and toward traffic on 19th Avenue.

"My son was a good son. And he didn't deserve to die the way he did. He wasn't an animal."

The Phoenix Police Department on Friday released edited body-camera video of an incident in which two officers shot and wounded a pair of teenage armed robbery suspects.
