PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) - Walmart and Target are already releasing deals and special events for Black Friday.

Laptops, televisions, toys and more are among both stores' deal list.

Walmart’s in-store deals begin at 6 p.m. local time on Thanksgiving and online deals start at 10 p.m. eastern on Nov. 21.

Walmart will offer flat screen TVs for as little as $99, starting at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving. Click here to see Walmart Black Friday deals. 

They will be having a first-ever "Light Up Black Friday” party for Phoenix customers two hours before in-store deals begin. They will be giving away coffee and holiday cookies.

According to Target’s website, Black Friday is on November 23, and hours vary at different locations. Those who are REDcard holders get early access to deals on on Nov. 21.
