2 men, teen boy injured after shooting in Phoenix

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -- Two men and a teenage boy are hurt after a shooting in Phoenix Tuesday night. 

According to Phoenix Police Sgt. Andy Williams, officers responded to the area of 7th Avenue and Baseline Road around 10:45 p.m. for reports of a shooting. When police arrived, they found two men who had been shot. They were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. A teenage boy also took himself to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries as well after being shot, Williams said.

Williams said a vehicle in the area had also been struck by gunfire, but the driver in that vehicle was not hurt. Authorities remained on scene early Wednesday morning as investigators work to learn what led up to the shooting. Details on a suspect have not been released.
