Two dogs stolen from Bullhead City shelter, police looking for suspects

For anyone who recognizes any of the suspects in the pictures, Bullhead City PD advises to contact them at (928) 763-1999.

BULLHEAD CITY, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -- Police are asking for the public's help to identify the people suspected of stealing two dogs from a Bullhead City animal shelter early Thanksgiving morning.

The Bullhead City Police Department released snapshots from surveillance video of a woman and two men entering the shelter on Thursday in the area of Trane Road and Marina Boulevard. They took two pit bulls.

The pit bulls had been quarantined since January due to a dog attack. Because of their aggressive natures, a court had ordered that the dogs stay at the shelter. Police say their owner filed an appeal, so the case is still being processed.

If you recognize any of the suspects in the pictures, please call the Bullhead City Police Department at 928-763-1999.
