It's was as soggy and a record-breaking day as a storm from the Pacific came through Arizona Saturday. The National Weather Service that the storm set a new daily rainfall record for rain at Phoenix Sky Harbor of 1.04". The old record of 0.45" was set in 1913. Other parts of Arizona saw snow and even flooding.
