Phoenix police arrested a man in the shooting death of a 10-year-old girl.

Police said 20-year-old Joshua Gonzalez was arrested Thursday night in connection to the murder of 10-year-old Summer Brown.

Late Thursday night, police tracked down the truck at a driveway near the area of 59th Avenue and Indian School Road

The truck was later towed from the neighborhood.

The tow truck driver was seen wearing a type of protective suit so not to disturb any evidence.

Investigators were also seen taking pictures.
