A new high-rise luxury condo tower in Scottsdale has now started selling units.

The Optima Kierland Center in Scottsdale recently opened sales for units in its second luxury condo tower, after the first tower sold out.

According to Optima Kierland officials, they began sales in 2016 and closed 220 homes over a nine-month period, making it the fastest-selling community in the Valley.

The new tower will offer about 200 homes rising up 12 stories, including one- to three-bedroom condominiums and penthouses. The residences are priced from $300,000 to over $2 million.

The condominium tower's features include a sky deck with spectacular views of the Valley, a rooftop running track, an outdoor theater and two yoga studios.

Every single unit will have private terraces, private indoor parking with remote controlled garage door access and whirlpool bathtubs.

The condos are located near the area of Scottsdale Road and Greenway Parkway

I think it's very attractive, but then, I've always liked the looks of 1960's parking garages.
