PHOENIX, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -- Police say one of the motorcyclists involved in a hit-and-run crash in Phoenix Saturday has been arrested, while they are still looking for the truck driver who fled the scene. 

Phoenix police a 56-year-old man was arrested for DUI following the incident. 

The man was one of the two motorcyclists injured in the accident.

The collision happened around 4 p.m. near 28th Street and McDowell Road.

Police say the two motorcyclists were traveling westbound on McDowell Road when a vehicle struck them.

The female motorcyclist was transported to the hospital in extremely critical condition. 

A witness told officers that there was a 1990s white pick-up truck that may have been involved.

According to police, the truck driver then took off and has still not been located.

McDowell Road was closed from 29th Street to 25th Street.
