Santa Baby is an immersive, over the top pop-up bar with wall-to-wall Christmas décor with multiple areas like the Alpine Village, Brat Haus Beer Hall, Santa’s Workshop, Rudolph’s Elf Dive Bar, and Winter Wonderland.

Santa himself makes an appearance, along with the Roaming Elf Trio, Rudolph and Vixen, the Abominable Snowman and of course, a whole lot of Christmas spirits.

Spreading Christmas "Cheers"

The full bar menu offers holiday beers like Blue Moon Gingerbread, Sam Adams Winter Lager, Revolution Fistmas and Goose Island Festivity. Christmas classic cocktails like The Grinch is made from Hornitos Tequila, Midori Melon Liqueur, triple sec, sprite, lime and cherry and the Gingerbread Man made from Fireball, Irish cream and butterscotch schnapps. You can share a Jingle Juice full of spiced rum, Grand Marnier, amaretto and juices in a decanter with seven friends or in a chalice with three friends.

We all know Santa loves his milk and cookies but you can't forget the snacks! Choose from Christmas Dinner Holiday Sliders made with turkey, stuffing and cranberry mustard, Atomic Yule Logs, which are essentially mozzarella sticks dusted in a Flamin’ Hot Cheeto Crust.

For a sweet treat, Santa Baby offers Lumps of Coal: puffed rice, marshmallow, chocolate cookie dust and the Red Velvet Cakeshake: Madagascar vanilla ice cream, blended red velvet cake, whipped cream, sprinkles, and a slice of red velvet cake. Add a “cake” or “whipped” vodka for an extra charge.

Santa Baby hosts special events each week like Christmas Movie Mondays, mistletoe kiss competitions, ugly holiday sweater contests, Christmas karaoke, human tree decorating, gingerbread house making and more.
