What's the deal with all the hit & run collisions?? Is it just indicative of the overall decline of the human race that no one gives a @#$% about anything but themselves anymore? People suck.

I don't know, I haven't really noticed an overall increase in hit and runs. They've been occurring since the horse and carriage, and who it's anyone's guess why someone would leave a person they just hit for dead. We can all speculate why, but I think being under the influence may have a lot to do with it.
Remember Bishop O'Brien's incident back in 2003? He said he thought he hit a cat or a dog. I still can't figure that one out.
