GLENDALE, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -- An argument at a Glendale apartment complex near 59th and Northern avenues left one man dead and another injured early Tuesday morning.
Glendale police say the argument was between a 33-year-old man and a 34-year-old man, later identified as the suspect, who knew each other. During the fight, the 34-year-old suspect pulled out a firearm and shot the other man, who fired back. The 33-year-old man was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.
The suspect was later found at another local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police have no released the names of the suspect or the victim. The investigation is ongoing.
