PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) - Welcome to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport where people like to hang out in places they know they shouldn’t.

Like at Terminal 4 where on the arrival level, there are four different designated smoking sections, complete with ashtrays and places to sit.

They are easy to spot.

However, smokers often will stand under no smoking signs and smoke.

Stanley Roberts, in a short period of time, was able to spot numerous people smoking in the no smoking sections at Sky Harbor and when asked why they were there, many simply did not have a valid reason.

Fines for smoking in no smoking areas range from $100 to $500.

Caught Misbehaving with Stanley Roberts exposes individuals who brazenly defy the law or common courtesy, risking social and/or legal consequences. His reports air regularly on CBS 5 News at 10 p.m.

I would hope this article causes airport police tp crack down on the disgusting law breakers. Kiss a smoker, lick a dirty ashtray! The man pictured inhaling looks like a real addict!

A 'real nicotine addict' looks like... what, a smoker? I've smoked for 30 years and if a stranger ever mentioned anything to me while I was smoking outdoors, I'd tell them to go f*ck themselves.

So if a reporter can spot them why can't the police cite them?

Hope the police can find better things to do with their time than act like n******* n***s
