PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -- Police are looking for the suspect responsible for a deadly shooting in north Phoenix on Monday night.
According to Phoenix police, 26-year-old James L. Ricalls met with people in a parking lot near 18th and Northern avenues around 10:15 p.m. Gunshots were heard and Ricalls ran from the scene and collapsed.
