(DIRTY DINING) -- Every week, CBS 5 News is sent a list of restaurants that have been recently inspected by Maricopa County's Environmental Services Department. CBS 5 News selects restaurants with some of the highest numbers of "risk factors." According to health inspectors, risk factors are considered major health code violations.

Here are the Valley restaurants that did not make the grade for Jan. 10, 2020.

The Chicken Ranch

Surprise

Among the four violations:

An employee handling chips with his bare hands.

No soap at hand wash sinks.


Rinaldi's Deli

21705 N. 19th Avenue

Phoenix  

Among the six violations

Pastrami and turkey with no date marking.

Worker cracked an egg then didn't wash his hands.

Raw pork stored above eggplant parmesan.
