(DIRTY DINING) -- Food not date marked and hand lotion stored with seasonings were just some of the violations found at Phoenix-area restaurants. The worst offender on this week's Dirty Dining list had nine violations.

Every week, CBS 5 News is sent a list of restaurants that have been recently inspected by Maricopa County's Environmental Services Department. CBS 5 News selects restaurants with some of the highest numbers of "risk factors." According to health inspectors, risk factors are considered major health code violations.

Here are the Valley restaurants that did not make the grade for Jan. 3, 2020.

RigaTony's Authentic Italian Restaurant

1850 E. Warner Road, Tempe

4 violations

Among the violations:

• Hand wash sink blocked by trash can

• Manicotti stored under raw seafood

Second Story Liquor Bar

4166 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale

4 violations

Among the violations:

• Deli slicer with dried food on blade

• Employee washing dirty dishes then handling clean dishes

Rancho De Tia Rosa's

3129 E, McKellips Road, Mesa

5 violations

Among the violations:

• Raw chicken stored above cooked beans

• Enchilada sauce & pico de gallo kept past discard date

Dragon Express

1125 W. Baseline Road, Mesa

9 violations

Among the violations:

• Employee cutting lettuce bare handed

• Tums, lotion and first-aid kit stored with seasonings

• Food not date marked
