SCOTTSDALE, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) – Nobu in Scottsdale has officially opened its doors.
The famous Japanese restaurant opened at Scottsdale Fashion Square on Jan. 27. Nobu Scottsdale is 10,635 square feet and has 237 seats available.

"Scottsdale is a very special city, and a location we have been looking forward to opening for a very long time," said Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. “Scottsdale is a truly unique destination for a special kind of luxury and Fashion Square is at the center of it all," he said.
Nobu Scottsdale serves signature dishes, including Yellowtail Sashimi with jalapeño and Black Codwith miso alongside exclusive Scottsdale offerings. Dishes range from $8 to $98 a plate. View the entire menu here.

While the restaurant opens up this month, there will be a “Sake Ceremony” this spring with Robert De Niro, who is a Nobu partner, and other celebrities.
