QUEEN CREEK - Investigators are looking into an officer-involved shooting that took place in Queen Creek.
It happened at around 11 p.m. on Saturday. Pinal County sheriff deputies received a call about a family fight. When they arrived they found a man with a gun.
A deputy told the man to lower his weapon and when he refused 3TV is told the deputy shot him. The man, identified as 31-year-old Ryan Kelly, went to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The deputy involved has been placed on administrative leave until the investigation is finished.
