4 people arrested after drug bust in Phoenix

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -- Arizona Department of Public Safety on Monday says their Pinal County Investigations Unit arrested four people near 75th Avenue and McDowell Road in Phoenix earlier in the month after a drug bust.

DPS says the four were arrested on October 19 after detectives found ten pounds of methamphetamine, 10,000 "suspected" fentanyl pills and some cocaine.

Three of the suspects were booked into Maricopa County Jail and a fourth was a minor. They have been released to their family. And all four of them are from Mexico.

35-year-old Juan Carlos Baez Trejo, 36-year-old Carlos Elviro Gonzalez Millian, and 29-year-old Nayeley Camacho Gastellum has been charged with possession/transportation of a dangerous drug for sale, possession/transportation of narcotic drugs for sale, and conspiracy, according to DPS.
