BOISE, ID (3TV/CBS 5) -- After Lori Vallow was found incompetent to proceed in her trial by a licensed clinical psychologist, the state prosecutor in Idaho first challenged that decision but is now taking that back according to new documentation from the state of Idaho.
The new documents also state that the prosecutor also does not object to any medical treatment Vallow may need to one day become competent so the trial can proceed.

A grand jury indicted Vallow on first-degree murder and conspiracy charges in mid-May. Her kids, JJ and Tylee, were found buried in her husband's backyard in Idaho in June 2020. Vallow married Chad Daybell in November 2019 after the kids were reported missing and two weeks after Daybell's wife, Tammy, passed away. Daybell is also facing First Degree Murder charges for JJ, Tylee, and Tammy's deaths.
