Arizona's top health official, Dr. Cara Christ, was one of the first people in the state to get the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. One day after getting that shot, she shared her experience and talked about what Arizonans need to be doing while waiting their turn to get vaccinated.

The governor announced a new 15 million dollars in additional funding for public health emergency needs, which will help replenish the emergency fund for AZDHS and continue the fight against COVID-19.
