PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) - Residents in south Phoenix live right next to a landfill, but it's not an official landfill. It's basically an illegal dumpsite where it appears people are dumping tons of trash and debris for multiple city blocks.

There are things like household goods, bathtubs, toilets, sinks and pretty much everything, even baseball cards.

Stanley Roberts found a neighbor who has all but given up trying to keep people from dumping outside his backyard in south Phoenix. At least one of the piles is taller than 7 feet.
