PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) - In the city of Phoenix, on Seventh Street and Seventh Avenue, you'' find something called yellow lanes. However, many people call them reverse, or "suicide" lanes.

What they are, are ways to make the commute easier by creating an additional lane for traffic during the rush hour which is 6 to 9 a.m. in the morning and 4 to 6 p.m. in the evening.

Unfortunately, the yellow lanes seem to confuse a lot of drivers, sometimes creating issues for people using the lanes correctly.

Caught Misbehaving with Stanley Roberts exposes individuals who brazenly defy the law or common courtesy, risking social and/or legal consequences. His reports air regularly on CBS 5 News at 10 p.m.
