PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) - He's only 13, but as a fan of rap and hip hop, I can say Wesson isn't too bad. "I've written at least 110 songs," he said as we chatted at Alice Cooper's Solid Rock Teen Center.

Music is a creative outlet for this young man. One day he hopes to be on stage in front of thousands of fans. But he also yearns for a stable home. "I want to have a good family and a good life and all that stuff, a good life," Wesson said.

Wesson said he has been through some tough times and stability would go a long way. "I've been through a lot, and I don't want to go down that path again where it happens again," Wesson said. His adoption recruiter said an active family is a good fit, one that can keep him busy and on the go.

Older siblings who would be positive role models are also important. Wesson said he hears friends complain about their parents sometimes, and it is tough to relate. "They're always cussing their mom and dad out," he said. "And that's not nice, but you got a family that loves you. You just have to be respectful and take your consequences."

Wesson is hoping one day soon he can realize his dreams of a forever home, a place where he can work on his music while keeping the dream of hip hop stardom alive. "I see myself at the top doing good things with it," Wesson said.
