"BEGINNER" This is a stationary form of tai chi developed specifically for those with balance issues. It incorporates breathing with gentle no impact movement to promote relaxation, improve circulation and joint mobility, increase breathing capacity, stimulate neural pathways in the brain, strengthen core muscles, and build muscle stamina. The simple repetitive tai chi movements improve leg, arm, and core strength while releasing stress. This class is great for those with Parkinson's or other balance issues and those that of had joint surgery or replacement.  The Easy Tai Chi moves can be done sitting in a chair if needed.
