Ryan Naylor

Ryan Naylor is the Founder and President of LocalWork.com and VIVAHR in Phoenix, Arizona. With nearly 10 years of helping candidates apply and find jobs, Naylor has helped 100,000+ gain new employment. Naylor founded LocalWork.com in 2009. His inspiration for developing this small business was to support the local economy by reducing unemployment rates, connecting businesses with viable employees and helping change the way employers and employees measure the value of a positive workplace culture.

Naylor regularly appears on 3TV Phoenix's "Good Morning Arizona" as a local jobs expert and regularly publishes career advice and job search tips on his blog, www.LocalWork.com/blog. His career advice and free resources now contains over 300 articles, resume templates and interview preparation topics. Although he is passionate about working with job seekers, he is an avid marketer working to help small businesses hire more efficiently by posting their jobs to free job posting sites and branding their employment efforts.

Naylor attended Utah State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. He is also actively involved with many professional associations in Arizona including the American Marketing Association, AZ Business Network. Naylor currently sits on the Board of City of Phoenix Advanced Business Services and the Paradise Valley School District Business Board.
