Linda Hardwick

Linda Hardwick is the Director of Communications for the Phoenix Zoo. Linda appears on 3TV’s Good Morning Arizona to highlight new animals and habitats to the Zoo, fun and unique events, and even brings animals to the studio! Linda has always had a passion for media, storytelling and has never been camera-shy.

A graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, Linda returned to the Valley of the Sun to intern in the newsroom at a local television station before returning to Utah to produce station campaigns, documentaries and community affairs projects at KSL-TV in Salt Lake City. After years in a news environment, she chose to pursue public relations for various organizations in Utah and Arizona over a span of more than a decade before landing her dream job at the non-profit Phoenix Zoo in 2010.

The Phoenix Zoo is a beautiful, unique place with a major emphasis on conservation. Linda works to garner attention and coverage of the many threatened and endangered species who live there in hopes of inspiring and motivating people to care for the natural world.
