Kristy Morcom

Kristy Morcom is the Director of Media Relations for Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium and Safari Park. As an Arizona native, Kristy’s love for animals dates back to her childhood visits to Wildlife World, where she was inspired by many of the same animals and exhibits that continue to reside at the park to this day. Kristy has spent most of her life caring for and rehabilitating animals. From a young age she knew she wanted to make a career inspiring others to do the same.

After college, Kristy returned to the place where it all began. What started as a volunteer position at Wildlife World with the intent to pursue a degree in exotic animal training and management, Kristy was able to work her way into Wildlife World’s Education Department. At the park and in the classroom, she used her new platform to teach the importance of conservation and wildlife.

Now as the Director of Media Relations at Wildlife World, Kristy represents Arizona’s largest exotic animal collection. Through her weekly media and community appearances, Kristy is able to inspire and educate the general public about the importance of conserving the world's wild animals and their habitat.
