PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) Welcome to our latest morning show segment, Good Morning Glam, where each month, Veronica Amendola-Penzone, owner of BBV SALON in Old Town Scottsdale, stops by Good Morning Arizona with the latest trends and makeover ideas.

This month, it’s a story of survival. In 2016, Carolyn Henderson found a small lump near her armpit. The 43-year-old was soon diagnosed with breast cancer, specifically stage 2 invasive ductal carcinoma with micrometastis.

Monday morning, she shared her journey and the fact that the cancer is now in remission! She also got some glam in the process. Check out the before and after makeover videos for more.

With her cancer now in remission, Carolyn Henderson got a makeover courtesy of Veronica at BBV SALON.
