This afternoon about 5:30 pm, residents of the West Valley area were greeted with a phenomenal view of a double rainbow just before getting doused with a quick but heavy rainfall. Estimates ranged from .1 to .25 inches fell within the time the storm came through in some areas. This photo was taken from the area of 67th Ave and Lower Buckeye.
