The almond tree in my backyard in Lake Havasu blooms like clockwork every Valentine's Day. This tree, which is only 4 years old sends a sweet aroma of almonds when it is blooming. Although we don't get too many almonds on the tree, we do enjoy the beautiful pink flowers it produces.
