1-22-10 - New River at Anthem Rd. (west of I-17). The rushing water damaged a Qwest fiber optic cable inside a conduit buried under the river bed. Qwest crews installed a temporary aerial cable to restore service. They will return after everything dries out to make a permanent repair.
