Grace Voss Frederick finished her angelic mission to this planet after 103 wonderful years,. She took wings on January 16, 2009.
It's been a full year since she put on her wings
And I know for a fact they are wonderful things
But I long for the twinkle that sparkled her eyes
and way she would wink at most all of us guys
So I hope they have Vaudeville & Broadway near God
I will listen for cheers and a thunderous applaud
And a Welcome home Gracie, the angels will sing
They remembered her life as a marvelous thing
Barbara Stanwyck, Liz Taylor, Spencer Tracy, and more
Graced the stages of Broadway with a bright shinning star
She looked kind o' hot in her Model T Car
But that's what you'd expect for a new TV Star.
I mean the TV was new, and so was the car
But Gracie Voss Frederek was always a star
We Love You Gracie, and We'll see you again
